Wholesale orders are final sale.

Because Babe’s Balm™ is handcrafted in small batches and produced specifically for each retailer, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on wholesale quantities once they have shipped.

Please review your order carefully before checkout.
If you need to adjust quantities, scents (if you add them later), or jar sizes, contact us before your order is processed.

That said — we ALWAYS stand behind our product.

If your wholesale order arrives damaged, leaking, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 72 hours with your:

• Business name

• Order number

• Photos of the issue

We’ll replace the damaged units or correct the order ASAP to keep your shelves stocked and your clients happy.
